Who we are

Google Sign-In (Factory Folders vault)
When you sign in to Factory Folders with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile photo (avatar). We use these to create and identify your vault account, unlock Free Blanks, and attach Scout / Director purchases to the same account.
We do not receive your phone number or physical address from Google for this login. We do not sell this data. You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account security settings.
Payments
Vault unlocks (Scout / Director) are processed by Stripe. The store is processed by Shopify. Card details are handled by those providers — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Site use
We may collect basic analytics and technical logs (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP) to operate and improve the site. Cart contents for the store are handled through Shopify.
Retention & contact
Vault account data is kept while your account exists and as needed for purchases and support. Email hello@archivexstudios.com to ask questions or request deletion of your vault account data.
