The service

Archivex Studios provides a creative studio site, store, and Factory Folders vault (supplier directory access) at archivexstudios.com. Contact: hello@archivexstudios.com.

Accounts & Google Sign-In

Factory Folders vault access uses Google Sign-In. You must use an account you control and keep credentials secure. We may suspend access for abuse, scraping, or violation of these terms.

Factory Folders vault

Vault content (including contacts and sourcing notes) is licensed for your personal or internal business use related to garment sourcing. You may not republish, resell, scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute the directory. Free Blanks, Scout, and Director unlock different tiers of access; paid unlocks are one-time purchases attached to your signed-in account.

Supplier information is curated in good faith but is provided “as is.” Archivex is not a party to any manufacturing agreements you enter with listed factories.

Purchases

Vault payments are processed by Stripe. Store purchases are processed by Shopify. Refunds for digital vault access are handled case-by-case — email hello@archivexstudios.com. Store returns follow the policies shown at Shopify checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or access controls; harvest data via bots; reverse engineer the service for competing directories; or use the site for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archivex Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or vault data. Our total liability for any claim related to vault access is limited to the amount you paid us for that access in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Privacy details are in our Privacy policy.
